Working closely with the Head of People Operations, you will take day‑to‑day ownership of the HRIS, ensuring it is configured effectively, embedded into our people processes and continuously improved to support efficiency, compliance and a great user experience. You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, school leaders and external suppliers to ensure the system meets the needs of a dynamic and expanding organisation. Excitingly, you will also work across both Trusts (which will use the same HRIS) and support the alignment of data standards, system configuration and people processes. This is a chance to influence HR practices at scale, strengthen collaboration now and be ready for future integration. This role sits at the heart of our digital and organisational development journey. You’ll enjoy analysing data, improving processes and challenging existing practices to help us build sustainable, modern and user‑centred HR systems.
This is more than just a systems role – it’s a chance to transform the way we work, as we modernise our HR function, and be a key player in our digital and organisational growth journey.
