Healthy HR exists for one simple reason: to help businesses build better workplaces. We're a close-knit team of HR professionals who believe that effective people support should be practical, people-centric and make a tangible difference.
What makes us different? Our approach is genuinely collaborative. We take the time to understand our clients' world, focusing on practical solutions that fit their culture and drive real results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an approachable and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team. If you’re the kind of person who loves helping people solve problems, enjoys variety and wants to grow your HR career in a supportive environment, you’ll fit right in.
This is a hands‑on HR Business Partner role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing clear and practical HR advice on day‑to‑day people matters. You will work closely with our People Strategy Partner and wider team to deliver projects, training and advice that make a real difference to our clients’ people and culture.
Your role will blend reactive advice with proactive support, helping managers handle challenges confidently, spotting opportunities for improvement and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your consultancy skills, learning how to scope, plan and deliver client work while managing relationships and contributing to larger strategic projects.
You are a practical and people focused HR professional who takes pride in helping others and seeing things through. You care deeply about getting the details right and delivering work you can be proud of. You are organised, approachable and comfortable managing multiple priorities with a calm, solutions focused approach.
You have solid HR experience and are ready for a role that gives you more ownership, variety and client facing responsibility. You are confident providing day to day advice, handling sensitive matters with care and supporting projects that make a difference.
You like to get things done and can work at pace while staying composed and emotionally intelligent. You are open to learning, value feedback and use it to continuously evolve and improve.
You enjoy learning from senior colleagues, but you are also motivated to grow your own expertise and take the initiative to make things happen. You are tech savvy, open to new ideas and understand that great communication makes every interaction count.
Above all, you care about people, creating workplaces where they can thrive while keeping things practical, compliant and commercially sound.
