Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our new People Solutions team, responsible for delivering people-focused solutions that drive our People Plan. This is a fantastic chance to help shape the team from the ground up. You’ll collaborate across the organisation, forming hybrid squads to deliver impactful projects, using data and insight to identify needs, and leading initiatives from concept to implementation, making a real difference to colleagues and helping to achieve our strategic objectives. The role is based between our Leeds and Bradford offices, with a requirement to be in the office two days per week.

What you’ll do :
  • Build strong relationships and deliver initiatives aligned with the People Plan, supporting People Partners
  • Use data and research to identify root causes of people challenges and shape innovative and effective solutions
  • Prototype, test, and refine new approaches with real users, incorporating any learns
  • Lead rollouts, support adoption, and drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring :
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use data to resolve challenges
  • Proven ability to deliver through others and drive initiatives
  • Broad HR knowledge : experience in financial services is an advantage
