Radius is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People Project Analyst to join our People Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, takes pride in accuracy and enjoys bringing structure, consistency and clarity to internal processes. This is a process-oriented role, responsible for supporting the team through project-based and operational work that improves how we function. At its core, this role is about enhancing governance in all that we do in the People Team starting with addressing the essentials by standardising our information and knowledge repositories across our digital landscape. You'll be performing the due diligence on our own department: identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and therefore enabling the wider People Team to operate more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
  • Own the production of clear, consistent and professional documentation tailored to internal audiences.
  • Maintain accurate project records, trackers and related documentation to a high standard, with minimal error (strong quality control focus).
  • Follow through on tasks as a completer finisher, ensuring every detail is addressed.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of process documentation, ensuring risks, mitigation strategies and opportunities are well considered before publishing.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, take instruction with ease and deliver outcomes promptly.
  • Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to improve work quality and efficiency.
  • Support the People Team with administrative and repetitive tasks essential for smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure consistency and structure across all outputs, contributing to a stable operational foundation that enables business-wide improvement.
  • Work independently but seek help proactively when needed.
  • Contribute to quality control efforts across people-related projects and initiatives.
