A leading insurance provider in Greater London seeks a People Partner to bridge HR strategy and business needs. This role emphasizes proactive planning and responsiveness to various HR situations, involving data management and employee relations. The People Partner is a key link between HR strategy and day-to-day business needs, engaging with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and people managers to provide tactical partnership and execution support on talent-related matters. The role provides an opportunity for professional development as an HR generalist and exposure to the breadth of responsibilities covered by HRBPs.
The People Partner role is a mix of proactive planning (e.g., data and reporting, position management) and responsiveness to situations as they arise (e.g., exit interviews, performance issues, support for employee relations).
