What We Need

At Datassential, we’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who’s all about making work life smoother, simpler, and more enjoyable for our team. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR needs, keeping our people processes running like clockwork, and helping us shape a great employee experience as we continue to grow.

This isn’t just an HR desk job—you’ll get to work closely with a seasoned, supportive People team, bring fresh ideas to the table, and have a real impact at a fast-growing global company. What You Will Do

  • Be the friendly first stop for employees with HR questions—making sure they get clear and timely answers.
  • Run the nuts and bolts of People Ops: onboarding, offboarding, data management, and keeping our HR systems up to date.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits providers to keep everything accurate and seamless.
  • Help us stay compliant (yes, the fun legal stuff too!) and support audits and reporting when needed.
  • Jump in on people programs like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and new initiatives that make work better.
  • Spot ways to streamline processes and make things easier for employees and the People team alike.
  • Keep employee records organized, accurate, and always handled with care.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of HR basics and processes.
  • Super organized with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A flexible, problem-solving mindset—you’re not thrown off by ambiguity and love finding solutions.
  • A genuine passion for improving employee experience and keeping things simple.

Base salary range for this role will be $70,000/year- $75,000/year. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
