A leading fintech company in the UK is seeking a People Operations Associate to support their expansion across EU countries. This role involves managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance across systems while providing excellent support to employees. Monzo is expanding in the EU and we're on the lookout for a People Operations Associate to join our UK team and support our expansion across multiple EU countries. This role reports to the People Operations Team Lead and is part of Monzo's Global People Collective.
The People Operations team creates excellent employee experiences by designing and running reliable core people processes. We enable employees and managers by providing timely accurate and user-friendly information and we own core People Systems making us the guardians of data accuracy and compliance.
Each day will be different and you'll learn a lot about the inner operations of how a People team works. The People lifecycle covers everything from the point someone is onboarded to offboarding and everything in between. You'll support owners of the people lifecycle to make sure we provide the best service to those in our internal community.
Ultimately this role is key to ensuring seamless people processes maintaining compliance and providing essential support across Monzo particularly as we expand our EU operations.

This role can be based in our London office but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
