We are excited to be searching for an experienced HR professional to join our agile and dynamic team. With the launch of our ambitious 15-year strategic vision in 2025, we’re entering an exciting phase where the People Team plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture needed to deliver on that vision.

You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and payroll. You will take ownership for administrative processes and the day to day running of the HR service, designing and improving our ways of working. You will help shape and deliver effective people initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive working culture, driving EDIB as a key priority.

We believe that the people experience starts before day one — and you’ll play a key role in shaping that journey. You will be a great team player and have a genuine passion for building a career in HR. You will have previous HR experience, superb attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing excellent candidate and employee experience. You will have the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders throughout the business ensuring messages are clear, timely and accessible
