Job summary

A recruitment and retention firm in Wantage is seeking an HR Administrator who thrives in a varied role impacting employee experience. You will support managers and employees throughout the HR lifecycle, maintain the HR system, and liaise with external providers. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable with HR data. The position offers hybrid working, generous holiday, private healthcare, and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role.
  • Confidence using HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with HR data and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted support to managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
  • Own and maintain the HR system (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves.
  • Liaise with external providers across payroll, benefits, and pensions.
