People Business Partner at Oodle Car Finance.
We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People Team at Oodle. As a People Business Partner you will lead a team and provide both operational and strategic support to line managers across the business. Youll play a key role in driving our People strategy partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering initiatives that span the full employee lifecycle.
This role will report into the Head of People and will directly manage our HR Administrator People Advisor and Junior People Advisor giving you the opportunity to coach and develop others while shaping how we deliver our People agenda.
Its a fantastic role for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team and gain exposure to a broad range of HR initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
