A leading UK housing and support organization is seeking a highly organized People and Systems Coordinator. This home-based role involves ensuring smooth HR processes, system improvements, and acting as a contact point for enquiries. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People and Systems Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth delivery of core HR processes while driving system improvements, data integrity, and operational efficiency. You’ll be the first point of contact for leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance, managing enquiries, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and customer‑focused service.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing transactional HR responsibilities with digital and process‑driven improvements. You’ll be involved in everything from payroll and recruitment support to HRIS system administration, process optimisation, and training colleagues on People systems.
This is a home‑based role; however, you will be required to travel occasionally to attend meetings. Therefore, you must be able to travel within our operating region.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
