Job Description

Reporting to the People Business Partner (with a matrix line to the People Operations Manager), the People Operations Advisor – Luxury Hotels plays a key role in delivering high-quality, on-site People support within a luxury hospitality setting. This role bridges the gap between hotel operations and the People Operations Centre, ensuring that all transactional People activity is well-managed and that People Managers are confident and capable in their responsibilities.

The People Advisor – Luxury works closely with the People Operations Centre, Group Head of Talent, and Group Head of Learning & Development to ensure a joined-up approach to people processes including employee relations, onboarding, and learning within the hotel.

In addition to supporting day‑to‑day People operations, the People Advisor, Luxury leads localised people projects that enhance the luxury guest experience through embedding employee experience, team engagement, development, and culture. The role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellence through people.
