As a newly created role, you’ll support our team’s daily activities in a diverse and fast‑paced environment, ideal for a performance‑focused individual. Our Employer Services team is highly varied, offering you the chance to work with a wide range of employers and gain a broad knowledge of the LGPS. This exposure will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the scheme’s intricacies and the unique challenges faced by different employers.

This is an entry‑level role, so previous LGPS experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel. You’ll have opportunities for continuous professional development through workshops, mentoring, and learning resources. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, starting with office‑based training at One Angel Square, then transitioning to a mix of office and remote work. By joining our team, you’ll gain valuable experience in the pensions sector and make a meaningful impact on the services we provide to our scheme employers.
