This is your opportunity to lead a talented team, shape processes, and deliver outstanding results for thousands of members across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead with confidence : Manage a team of pension professionals.
• Deliver excellence : Ensure timely, accurate pension transactions and compliance with all statutory and scheme requirements.
• Innovate and improve : Develop operational plans, implement service enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate : Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including actuaries, legal advisers, and administration providers.
• Stay ahead : Monitor SLAs, produce performance reports, and support new systems and legislative changes.
