Strategic
  • Provide insight and feedback into operational processes enhancement to improve customer and operational interactions.
  • Drive regional customer feedback loops to inform service value propositions.
Operational
  • Provide a customer facing contact point to support the delivery and project management of the Penetration testing service by executing daily customer penetration testing request and oversee requests.
  • Take ownership of developing and deepen client account relationships with key leadership and operational function.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the approach for handling customer inquiries and requests related to penetration testing to drive enhancements and improvements to drive service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Penetration Testing Managers and team members to support the development and maintenance of testing engagement process.
  • Partner with development and engineering teams to optimize service deployments and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and drive proactive planning for customers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for member firms, addressing client inquiries regarding new penetration tests, remediation validations, and vulnerability report disclosures.
  • Work closely with the Penetration Testing Lead and Regional Penetration Testing Manager to support the delivery of technical working groups and regular member firm touch points.
  • Work with your regional counterparts to develop a strong global approach to supporting our customers.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, International Cyber Security, or equivalent education experience.
  • Candidates with the requisite work experience below would also be considered.
  • Experience operating in environment delivering to customers .
  • Proven track record and experience of the following in a highly complex and global organization:
  • Risk Management – ability to convey technical risks to business managers and executives
  • Experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively.
  • Managing competing clients and varied business needs.
  • Experience of penetration testing would be advantageous.
Preferred Certification
  • Professional security management certification desired in the following fields; Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation) or equivalent.
  • Project Management or equivalent.
  • Project Development or equivalent.
  • Information Security Certifications or equivalent.
