A medical center in Egham is seeking an Operations Manager to support the PCN Clinical Director in managing the development of community health services. This permanent contract involves 6 hours per week, is fully remote with occasional on-site travel, and requires strong stakeholder relationships, project management, and financial oversight skills. The position offers an annual salary between £40,000 and £48,000 pro rata. Candidates must have strategic experience in the NHS and excellent organization skills.

Job summary:
The post holder will actas an Operations Manager for SASSE 2 Primary Care Network (PCN) in North WestSurrey.
Whilst employed by NICS(the GP Federation) the role will report to, and be accountable to the PCNClinical Director and the PCN Board.
The role will supportthe Clinical Director and PCN with managing the implementation of identifiedprojects, supporting achievement of Impact & Investment Fund (IIF) targetsand monitoring PCN development of community services in partnership with otherservices such as social care, mental health and the voluntary sector.
The role will involveday to day liaison with the PCN Practices to ensure engagement andunderstanding of the PCN specifications and implementation.
Developing strong relationships and engagementwith a range of stakeholders across the PCNs, Community Providers, Member GPPractices and Locality.
Developing plans for projects identified by thePCN and support the Clinical Director with the implementation of any projectagreed by the PCN Board.
Developingand implementing a rigorous system to track progress with PCN Practices againstthe IIF targets set by NHSE; (including claiming on CQRSand putting in appeal if needed.
Regularlyreport targets, presenting to the Clinical Director and PCN Board on theprogress with ongoing projects, implementation of agreed patient services andIIF targets.
Responsible for disseminating new informationacross the PCN member practices and co-ordinating shared learning;
Understanding the PCN finances, in liaison withNICS Financial Controller and Accountancy team, and reporting back on the PCNfinancial position to the PCN;
Supporting other PCN Operations Managers to ensuregood practice and ways of working are shared and lessons are learnt.
Arranging PCN meetings includingwriting and sending out the minutes., agendas and action plans
Attend all PCNBoard meetings and Ops Team meetings
Oversight, auditing andco-ordinating CAIP (and any other mandatory contractual requirements)
Completing workforce reportingtemplates for PCN (due twice a year)
Updating the NWRS portal
End of year PCN reporting toICB
Co-ordinatingstaff surveys
SASSE 2 PCN (also known as SASSE Network 2) is a Primary Care Network in North West Surrey, England. It is a collaboration of five GP practices working together within the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership to provide integrated health and social care services to their local population.
The rolewill involve:
