PCB Production Engineer

Salary: £38k - £45k DOE

Monday - Friday

Loughborough

Full Time Permanent

We are looking for an experienced production engineering who knows the PCB manufacturing process like the back of their hand. From programming machinery to CAPA investigations to ESD precautions and the all important process streamlining.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and managing: SMT, PTH & NPI projects.
• Streamlining the production process.
• Root cause analysis & CAPA investigations.
• Working with production to ensure quality standards.

What will make you stand out from the crowd?

• Strong experience within PCB manufacturing (at least 5 years)
• Knowledge of ESD precautions
• Able to programme PCB manufacturing machinery
• Willing & able to travel to supplier & customer sites as needed
• Knowledge of ISO, IPC, AS & J standards
