Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Glasgow, Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Let’s be honest, payroll is the heartbeat of every company. It’s what keeps everything moving smoothly. Yet, too often, payroll professionals are the quiet heroes behind the scenes, juggling complexity, compliance, and care, all without the spotlight they deserve.
We are partnering with one of the most respected employers in their field who truly understands the value payroll professionals bring to the business. Payroll isn’t just about numbers; it’s about trust, relationships, and precision. This Payroll Specialist role stands out for those reasons.
This isn’t a run-of-the-mill payroll job. It’s a relationship-led, people-focused role where your expertise will be both recognised and stretched. You’ll have the chance to broaden your skill set, explore new dimensions of payroll, and contribute to a team that’s well-resourced, collaborative, and respected across the business.
You’ll benefit from clear structure, senior guidance, and a genuine commitment to your career development. The organisation has a strong market reputation, a people-first culture, and a proven track record of employee wellbeing and long-term stability.
You'll already have solid, hands-on payroll experience and a keen eye for detail. You’re ready for something more—something that challenges you in the right ways, lets you contribute beyond process, and gives you the professional profile and recognition you’ve earned.
If you pride yourself on accuracy, empathy, and efficiency and want to join a business where those qualities are truly valued, we’d love to hear from you.
