Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in London. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in-office) and the opportunity to support payroll operations across multiple international locations.

You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services for around 450 UK employees, working closely with our outsourced provider and internal teams. The role also includes involvement in system implementation projects and providing cover for the Payroll Manager.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in payroll administration and UK payroll legislation
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with systems like Access, ADP, SD Worx, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• CIPP membership (or working towards it) is a plus
