Overview

Competitive Salary + 12 PAID extra leave days. Rentco Transport Equipment Rentals head office has an opportunity for a driven individual with attention to detail to join our payroll team.

Key responsibilities
  • Processing weekly Time and Attendance
  • Process end-to-end payroll for 140+ Employees on a fortnightly basis.
  • End of month Payroll processes are completed
  • Ensure compliance with ATO, superannuation, and relevant awards
  • Ensuring employee details and records are kept up to date and assist with HR reporting
  • Administration of Workers Compensation
  • Ad hoc payroll matters
  • Reporting
  • Provide timely responses to payroll-related queries.
  • Ad hoc accounts back up
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ payroll experience in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act and tax obligations.
  • Proficiency with HR3 and Biotime.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
