My client is looking for a Payroll manager to assist their project. The role starts as an initial 3-month contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement: 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of payroll and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to share workloads within a small payroll team (team of 2).
• Work with CGI payroll system (desirable) and UKG timesheets system (desirable).
• Adapt to manufacturing industry requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing; manufacturing experience desirable but not required.
• Desirable experience with CGI (payroll) and UKG (timesheets).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes.
• Flexible working hours and ability to arrange longer days for a shorter Friday or similar arrangement.

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
• Location: Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 remote).
