Our client is a client services provider in the professional services sector, who are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a proven Payroll Co-ordinator to join their payroll & Accounts team.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Process monthly payrolls end-to-end.
  2. Calculate SML, SSP, SPP, and SHPP.
  3. Calculate Auto-Enrolment pension contributions.
  4. Set-up Attachment of Earnings orders.
  5. Send out all payroll correspondence by email or post.
  6. Send all relevant submissions.
  7. Deal with client/employee queries.
  8. Deal with HMRC queries.
  9. Upload auto-enrolment contributions to pension providers each month.
  10. Scan and save all payroll correspondence to payroll files.
  11. Process year-end payroll and undertake all other administrative duties required daily.

What do you need to succeed:

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of payroll experience.
