Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Catering staff & food production.
• Support preparing and cooking meals in line with food hygiene regulations.
• Oversee food service operations.
• Ensure the correct and safe operation of catering equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and production areas.

Skills

Knowledge of NHS food standards and guidelines

Education

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent
