This role offers a competitive salary of up to £66,901 per annum, with flexible working patterns a mix of social hours and shifts. You\'ll join a dedicated and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional care to children with complex health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in patient safety, quality, risk, and experience
• Develop and implement policies in line with national standards and best practice
• Lead quality improvement projects that enhance care and operational efficiency
• Investigate and manage risks, ensuring learning drives service development
