Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Assistant in the Psychology Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to a busy team of clinical psychologists.
  • Typing of correspondence and dealing with patient queries.
  • Recording and validating activity on PAS systems.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Independent, enthusiastic and well organised with good interpersonal and IT skills.
  • Strong typing skills; audio typing is essential and medical terminology is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate across all levels.
Role Details

0.8 WTE to cover between Monday to Friday; working hours are 8am–5pm.
