Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage staffing resources within Departmental guidelines.
• Substantial experience in the direction and supervision of large numbers of staff.
• A substantial understanding of EEO, WH&S and QI guidelines.

• Supervise and lead Distribution and Cafe Staff ensuring standards are met.
• Oversee food integrity and hygiene in all areas.
• Organise and coordinate staff resources, maintaining rosters and records.
