Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or NHS screening environment is desirable.
• Ability to record contact attempts and patient feedback accurately.

Responsibilities

• Contact PDNA patients to encourage attendance and reduce non-attendance rates.
• Engage underserved communities, educating patients on the benefits of screening.
• Track patient progress through the screening pathway.
• Produce monthly activity reports and improve engagement strategies.

Skills

Confident and professional on the telephone

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience in a customer, patient, or public-facing role

Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding
