Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pastry CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: £14 - £17 per hour (based on experience)

We\'re currently looking for a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pastry team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity in a professional, fast-paced environment that values craft, consistency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the pastry section, ensuring consistency, precision, and high standards in every dish
  • Prepare and present a range of desserts, baked goods, and sweet components to specification
  • Work alongside the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen leadership to develop seasonal offerings and plated desserts
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service at all times
  • Uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards across all pastry operations
  • Support junior pastry staff with training, mentoring, and guidance
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Pastry CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality-focused kitchen
  • Passion for pastry and a creative, detail-driven approach to your craft
  • Excellent knowledge of baking, patisserie, and dessert presentation techniques
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine love for hospitality
  • Good understanding of food safety, allergen management, and cleanliness protocols
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
