This exciting opportunity could see you working within one of our renowned venues: Gaia, La Maison Ani, or Shanghai Me; each celebrated for its unique style, elegance, and creativity.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted desserts and pastries that complement each restaurant’s distinctive concept. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you’ll ensure that every creation meets the exceptional standards Fundamental Hospitality is known for. From classic French patisserie to modern interpretations, you’ll bring skill, precision, and innovation to every service.
