ASAP Start – Full-Time Role

Are you a caring, resilient individual passionate about supporting young people's emotional wellbeing and personal development?

A supportive and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in Thatcham is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This full-time role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, Social Work, or individuals with a strong desire to support vulnerable children and young people.

You will be working with pupils who present with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, trauma‑related behaviours, and emotional regulation difficulties.

  • Role: Pastoral Support Worker
  • Location: Thatcham
  • Salary: £89‑£100 per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will:
