Overview

Immediate starts available now! We are looking for an experienced food production operative to join a well-known client in the Cropwell Bishop area.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee that milk is processed within the established legal safety parameters to produce high-quality cheese.
  • Work is a physical role requiring full range of motion and endurance; outdoor work year round.
  • Follow strict health and safety guidelines and quality procedures.
  • Spot defects in the pasturing process, react to issues, and liaise with appropriate team members.
  • Familiarise oneself with and adhere to all hygiene protocols related to the role, including the Dairy Entry Procedure.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour for non-experienced and £15.50 per hour for experienced.

Working Hours: Flexible 7-day rota with weekends required. Shifts are 04:00–12:00 (1 in 3 weeks); other weeks you will work in the dairy department from 06:30–15:00. You must be able to drive or be local to arrive on time.
