Overview

Location : Lookers PartsPlus Thornaby

Contract : Permanent full-time

Salary : 29500 plus bonus

Working Hours : 40 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30 on rota basis)

PartsPlus is owned by Ford Motor Company and are true experts in their field of automotive Parts for all vehicles.

Reporting to the Centre Manager the Telesales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers by taking Parts orders via the Phone Email and Customer App. The role also entails supporting Customers and providing expert advice on Parts.
