They offer state of the art equipment, customised tools, a first rate service management system and a dedicated training manager.

This company are looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our UK-based customer services team responsible for parts and exchange engine sales, while overseeing our warehouse operations and procurement functions. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our aftermarket products and services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standard

The Role

Lead and support the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and error-free order processing.

Ensure customer schedules and orders are accurately clarified, acknowledged, and fulfilled.

Manage procurement of aftermarket parts and services from requisition to payment using SAP MM.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven experience in procurement, warehouse logistics, or customer service
  • Full proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and a solid understanding of inventory and purchasing workflows
