Partnerships Service Manager

We’re looking for a Partnerships Service Manager to play a key role in building and maintaining effective relationships with the partners who provide people, software, and hardware capacity to our IS&T function. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders who are accountable for partner performance, ensuring smooth collaboration, strong governance, and high-quality delivery.
This role is central to how we manage our partner ecosystem — from onboarding and operational support to financial oversight and performance reporting.
You’re someone who thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, balancing operational detail with strategic thinking, and keeping processes organised and efficient. You’re commercially aware, collaborative, and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
