The Challenge

The Partner Sales Manager role at Adobe aligns partner value with customer accounts in the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa markets. Working closely with Leading Systems Integrators, eCommerce, Digital, and Marketing Agencies, you will drive partner pipeline, convert it into bookings and work on key sales plays across Adobe product set from our London office.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive indirect partner sales revenue by building and maintaining positive relationships with decision-makers at all levels of Systems Integrators and Agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal registrations with your partners.
  • Lead and work with Marketing and Product teams to develop and flawlessly implement effective go-to-market strategies with both new and existing partners.
  • Initiate and manage joint marketing initiatives with partners through events and campaigns that generate measurable demand.
  • Work creatively with Partners and the Partner Solution Consulting team to ensure effective Sales enablement around Adobe solutions.
  • Develop and monitor partner success metrics to drive customer adoption and revenue growth, applying a Joint Business Plan to measure partnership efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within digital experience ecosystems.
  • Foster a collaborative, ambitious, and continually improving environment.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Proven drive, energy, commercial competence, and a strong Sales DNA.
  • Outstanding relationship and network-building skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with robust collaboration skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience with alliances and partners driving sales targets.
  • Direct or indirect sales experience.
  • A track record of developing and growing partner businesses.
  • The ability to engage with C-level executives within partner organizations.
  • Experience in a software company or with an agency/SI background is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue goals and objectives in a complex client-focused business.
  • Passion for excelling in an ambitious environment, embracing challenges, and seizing opportunities more than others.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills are a bonus.
