The Opportunity

Organizations are rapidly transforming how they operate to take advantage of AI. As AI‑powered output increases, organizations need to focus on deploying AI investments, measuring progress with advanced analytics, and managing outcomes rather than output. The Planview platform is a leader in AI‑enabled work management that includes capabilities such as autonomous project and product management agents and an extensible unified data platform optimized for agent‑to‑agent collaboration across applications.

Organizations transitioning to AI enabled business models require both the Planview platform and extensive professional services to establish their AI transformation. The opportunity is to combine Planview’s solutions with the knowledge, reach, and scale of global consulting organizations. With our combined strengths and experience, we help achieve customers’ AI transformation initiatives with unprecedented speed.

This is a remote role available to candidates in western Europe with a preference for candidates located in the UK.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage regionally with partners like Accenture, Capgemini, CGI, Deloitte, EY, Infosys, PwC, TCS, and Wipro.
  • Execute on partner awareness and enablement initiatives.
  • Deliver on go‑to‑market initiatives with GSIs such as competitive replacement and AI transformation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Planview’s global GSI relationship leaders, partner marketing, and partner program managers to achieve partner development initiatives in EMEA.
  • Track progress against key metrics for partner engagement by the Planview EMEA sales and services teams.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Services Sales team members to coordinate sales engagements with GSIs.
  • Attain GSI‑led pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Deliver internal enablement on working effectively with partners.
  • Attend high‑value partner events to maximize partner awareness and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years business development, partner development, or alliances management.
  • 1+ years experience working with GSI partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the evolving AI landscape, with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges posed by generative, agentic, and reasoning AI in enterprise contexts.
  • AI‑native mindset: comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate research, communication, and execution, and the ability to translate AI‑driven trends into meaningful partner and customer strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing global alliances and enterprise accounts resulting in large opportunities being surfaced and jointly won with GSIs.
  • Familiarity with strategic portfolio management, enterprise agile planning, and/or value stream management solution areas.
  • Ability to build senior executive leadership relationships and convey a compelling vision for success with Planview.
  • Crisp and effective written and verbal communication skills, including significant experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Familiarity with generative and agentic AI technologies.
