Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard new partners (agencies, resellers, introducers) aligned with hospitality technology markets.
Define and refine ideal partner profiles in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Manage and report on partner pipeline, outreach activity, and acquisition progress through our CRM.
2. Partner Enablement & Activation
Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate partner readiness and first wins.
Develop and maintain enablement content: sales toolkits, playbooks, co-branded assets, and training sessions.
Lead recurring partner enablement sessions, webinars, and Q&As to support ongoing education and alignment.
Set and exceed partner-sourced revenue targets, aligned with broader commercial goals.
Support partners in lead generation and deal execution through co-selling, demos, and commercial guidance.
Track and report on partner contributions to the sales pipeline and customer acquisition.
4. Relationship Management & Performance Oversight
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
Monitor partner satisfaction, pipeline health, and joint GTM activity.
Align on shared goals through regular planning, check-ins, and performance reviews.
5. Market Expansion & Industry Engagement
Represent Stampede AI at industry events and partner-facing forums.
Activate new territories and segments through targeted partner initiatives.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify and capitalise on new channel opportunities.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing on co-branded content, partner campaigns, and lead-gen strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Product to surface partner feedback and improve the partner experience.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the evolution of Stampede AI’s partner ecosystem.

Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales—ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, including confident and effective cold calling.
You’re comfortable picking up the phone and thrive in proactive outreach to engage, qualify, and convert potential partners.
Demonstrated success in building and managing partner networks that drive measurable revenue growth.
A strategic thinker who can balance execution with relationship-building.
Strong communicator and natural collaborator with a bias for action.
CRM-savvy and data-driven, with experience managing pipeline and reporting on performance.
Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow both partner success and Stampede AI’s reach.
Bonus Points For
Experience launching partner programs or reseller strategies from scratch.
Knowledge of the hospitality, POS, or customer engagement space.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Zendesk, or Zapier.
Comfort with CRM hygiene, data reporting, and partner pipeline tracking is key.
