Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Assistant in delivering tailored learning activities under teacher guidance.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Help pupils develop independence and communication skills.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual learning needs.
