You will lead by example and practice PVH Values to inspire your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and ensure a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use successful link selling to drive the business.
• Build outfits for customers, make additional product recommendations, and drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador with keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organizational issues are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation in response to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

About You

• Have previous experience within hospitality/retail
• Be hardworking with great communication skills
• Have an interest in fashion/retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments
