Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and progressive Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week, working days and night shifts. The working pattern is 07:30hrs to 20:00hrs for day shift and 19:30hrs to 08:00hrs for a night shift.

About Cygnet Lodge Kenton

Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North‑West London, is a female high‑support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service that provides a care pathway for service users who are preparing to step down and help bridge the gap between hospital stays and community living. Our service offers a high level of support and uses a recovery‑focused model.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing.
  • Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines.
