We are excited to announce that as a result of our continued success we are currently recruiting for a Part Time P401 Qualified Laboratory Analyst to join our team in our newly established laboratory in Maidstone, Kent. Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of bulk samples in line with ISO 17025 accreditation and the reporting of results both internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • BOHS P401 is essential
  • Minimum of 6 months experience of working in a UKAS accredited Laboratory as a qualified analyst
  • The candidate should be computer literate with Microsoft 360 and Excel experience
  • Experience working with TEAMS is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • The candidate must possess good attention to detail, communication skills (both written and verbally) with the ability to manage and organise their own workload effectively
  • To work to the company’s established quality and safety procedures strictly at all times
  • Maintain continued professional development with training and audits
What We Can Offer You
  • The hours of work are 20 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 1.00pm or from 1.00pm until 5.00pm.
  • A competitive 20 hours part time annual salary starting from £13,780.00 (£13.25 per hour) to £14,237.60 (£13.69) based on industry experience and qualifications (London weighting applies)
  • Company paid healthcare plan (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)
  • A company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings
  • 22 days of annual leave (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)

Joining Fee

Kick Start Your Career with a £4,000.00 Joining Fee. Bradley Environmental Consultants will pay a joining fee of £4,000.00 to qualified candidates who apply directly to the company, are offered a position and who commence employment for a minimum period of 12 months’ continuous service (pro-rata for part time staff).
