Part Time Order Management – Long Term Work Available
I’m reaching out to you on behalf of our company, Hairyworm Gifts. We’re a personalised gift store based in North‑West England and we are looking for a new member of staff to join our team.
The job role available is that of an order manager.
This role will require 3–5 hours of work per day dependant on sales volume, Monday‑Friday.
(Monday – Friday | Occasional half‑day on Saturdays during busy periods)
Export orders from various online marketplaces via CSV and run data through Excel templates to format and fix any data formatting errors.
Import cleaned data into our Microsoft Access‑based Order Management System and use pre‑defined processes to generate artwork for our production team, buy shipping labels, and contact customers via our messenger program if support is needed.
Extract artwork from different markets using various methods and procedures, modify artwork as required via Photoshop before submitting orders to the production team.
As we approach Christmas, the order volume will increase dramatically and hours will most likely increase to near 5–8 hours per day.
Training for all tasks will be provided. We are looking for someone interested in a long‑term working relationship. You will be required to use your PC to connect and screen‑share with a PC in our office to work.
