A dynamic drinks company is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator for their London office. The role requires managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and supporting leaders with meetings and events. Candidates should have a university degree or related experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities. This position offers a hybrid work model, ensuring flexibility to meet work demands while nurturing a collaborative environment.

Your primary place of work will be our brand new London office, 4th floor Arbor Bankside Yards, 255 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 9AX. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office which fosters collaboration and celebration. That said we also value the flexibility and productivity that working from home can provide so we offer a hybrid work arrangement to support our staff’s needs.
As our new Part‑time Office Coordinator for our new London office you’ll be the on‑site brand ambassador for Mark Anthony UK (MAB UK) owning the day‑to‑day running of our London office and creating a welcoming, high‑energy environment. You’ll keep operations smooth (facilities, vendors, supplies, mail, access), support leaders and teams with meetings, events and admin, and partner with People Operations and IT to deliver great onboarding and engagement in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting.
This role is part time – 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday. There may be weeks where you may need to adjust working days for example high‑profile visits or events.
