An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a brand new, purpose built veterinary hospital in Stockton‑on‑Tees, where the team is now assembling a dedicated group of Vets!
This modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility is designed to deliver first opinion, referral, and out‑of‑hours care all under one roof, bringing high quality, accessible veterinary services to pets across the region. With nine spacious consulting rooms, three fully equipped operating theatres, a diagnostic suite, digital X‑ray, a dedicated dental suite, an isolation unit, and separate cat and dog wards, the hospital provides an outstanding clinical environment in which ECC vets can thrive.
Working alongside a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse, the successful candidate will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of surgical and medical emergencies while overseeing the care of inpatients throughout the night. Whether stabilising critical patients, performing urgent procedures, or providing exceptional overnight monitoring, this is a role where clinical impact is immediate and deeply meaningful. With a central prep area designed for efficiency and flow, and a collaborative day team who provide seamless case handovers, this night position offers the perfect combination of autonomy and support.
