Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of planning, delivery and close of multiple projects.
• Experience of contributing to Treasury Green Book business cases.
• Proven experience of managing budgets, procurement and/or management of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and start‑up of income‑generating and commercially focused projects.
• Develop and use project tools and documentation, including business cases and risk logs.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments for smooth project delivery.
• Support effective internal and external communication of project aims and progress.
• Contribute actively to Project Boards and Working Groups.
