Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, rewarding role in the education sector? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school for a part-time HR Manager to join their team and lead on all aspects of HR compliance and operations.
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's HR function. This is a varied and hands‑on position where you will manage recruitment, safeguarding checks, employee relations, and HR compliance in line with UK employment law and statutory guidance.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and adherence to safeguarding regulations.
