Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or significant QBE experience.
• Experience navigating SORP and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on leadership experience in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and sign-off of management accounts.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting to the Board.
• Oversee KPI reporting and the external audit process.
• Manage budgets and regular forecasting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Work with the CEO to shape financial strategy.
• Support and mentor the Finance Manager.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Experience within the charity, trust, or funding sector

Strong leadership in a remote-working environment
