Overview

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful, growing business to recruit a part time Finance Manager. Your duties will be as follows:

Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for managing and running the finance function
  • Overseeing all aspects of finance, including management accounts and reporting
  • Responsible for forecasting, cash flow and budgeting
  • Bookkeeping duties such as raising invoices, making payments, and credit control
  • Managing payroll and liaising with external accountants when required
  • Providing financial insights to support business decisions and growth
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
  • Supporting other business areas such as HR and marketing on an ad-hoc basis
  • Providing advice, support and guidance for other staff on finance, budgeting and other related issues
Qualifications

You will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You will have worked in a similar role and be confident working independently, in a stand-alone role. Strong technical accounting and IT skills are essential. Experience of liaising closely with other areas of the business such as HR or marketing would be advantageous.
