Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Finance
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Enter bills, receipts, and expenses
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Manage invoicing and track customer payments
  • Prepare and update aged debtor reports
Debt Collection
  • Monitor overdue invoices and follow up promptly
  • Keep clear records of all communication and update QuickBooks
  • Escalate persistent non-payment issues when required
Payroll
  • Produce weekly salaries using our offshore payroll system
  • Process and verify timesheets for all staff
  • Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on time
Administration
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems
  • Handle routine admin tasks such as email management, documentation, and data entry
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties
