Talent Magnet has partnered with an extremely ambitious and lucrative financial services business in the heart of Chelmsford City Centre.

They offer their partners and contractors various payroll and umbrella services which are extremely tax efficient.

Having been trading for over 12 years and turning over in excess of £2.5 million they are going from strength to strength. Off the back of a new service launch they are now looking to create a standalone team consisting of 10 sales and business development executives.

About the Opportunity

There is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join their Business Development team on a part time basis.

As a successful candidate you will be responsible for contacting recruitment businesses and customers directly, and book appointments for the BDM. There may be scope to take some meetings in the future of this role depending on the individual.

The role is an office based position where you will generate meetings to propose the companies offerings to prospective clients.

You will also be tasked with engaging partnerships in the form of partner agencies to create mutually beneficial relationships.

Do you have the required experience?

The office environment is corporate yet still full of banter and not for the faint hearted. It’s a youthful team of 20 odd individuals that are money motivated and who aspire to be the best.

To fit in, you would need to be cut from a similar cloth and thrive in this type of environment. You will be familiar with a KPI driven culture, high call times and self motivated as any good sales person is.

As the perfect candidate you will have at least 18 months experience in a payroll/umbrella services sales/ temporary recruitment environment.

Previous telephone business development experience is essential.

This partner is offering a competitive basic salary of £20,000-£34,000 + Commission Pro-Rata . A realistic earning potential in year one would be over £30,000.

In addition to this the business operates a casual Friday policy whereby all of the team swap the smarts dress for their casual wear if you are in office that day.
